Unique location on the River Dart near Dittisham

Vipers Quay is the perfect holiday home for families, enjoying a unique location with wide ranging views across the River Dart. The house is designed for groups, with a large principal open plan kitchen, dining room and living area that lends itself to family get togethers.

The local village of Dittisham is a short boat ride or walk away.  You can even swim there if you are feeling adventurous (and the tide is going in!).  There are two local pubs: the Ferryboat Inn, overlooking the river, and the Red Lion (which is currently being refurbished), in the centre of the village. There is also a community village shop stocking the essentials.  The renowned Anchorstone Café sits opposite the Ferrbyboat Inn, and offers fantastic local seafood.  You can take the ferry from Dittisham to Dartmouth and across the river to Agatha Christie’s house Greenway, now owned by the National Trust.  There are two sailing schools in the village (including paddle board and sailing boat hire) - Marshall Sailing and Dittisham Sailing Club.

There are some lovely, (if hilly!), walks in the area, as well as a huge variety of local attractions in Dartmouth and Totnes and the surrounding Devon countryside.
